In an era when the roles of government and the private sector in project development are shifting, we have created a niche for ourselves in helping the private sector sell services and equipment to units of government. Because we speak the language of both sides, and have broad-based contacts in many U.S. regions, we can assist the private sector in developing and implementing business development plans. We take great pains to avoid conflicts and will therefore take only a limited number of clients in this area.
